Frequently Asked Questions

General Business & Operations

Are you legally certified to fly commercially?

Yes. All our pilots are FAA Part 107 Certified. This is the legal requirement for any drone operation involving a business or compensation. We stay fully compliant with all federal and local regulations to ensure a safe and legal mission every time.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We carry comprehensive liability insurance specifically for UAV (aerial) and ROV (underwater) operations. We can provide proof of insurance and add your company as "Additionally Insured" for specific project sites upon request.

Where do you operate?

We are based in Hollis, Maine, and provide services throughout the Greater New England area. We are fully mobile and equipped to handle missions in remote coastal, inland, and industrial environments.

UAV (Aerial) Services

What is the difference between your drones and a "hobby" drone?

We operate Enterprise UAVs, specifically the DJI Matrice 4T. Unlike consumer drones, these are "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles" built for industrial reliability. They feature quad-sensor payloads, advanced obstacle avoidance, and high-gain thermal sensors that provide actionable data rather than just "pretty pictures.".

ROV (Underwater Services)

How deep can your ROV go?

Our specialized Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) is rated for depths up to 1,000 feet. This allows us to inspect deep-water hulls, dock pilings, lake beds, and submerged infrastructure that is far beyond the reach of traditional divers.
